This hanging outdoor light is made of a weather tolerant product that is great for under the pergola, covered patio, etc. Colors are stylish and on trend. Included power cord is extra long which makes installation both easy and gives you options. Assembly of shade to electrical fixture is a snap. The light bulb base is E26 so that gives you lots of styles of bulbs to use.
Installation is straightforward requiring just an electrical outlet and a way of hanging light. Simply as a hook into ceiling or beam. You could directly wire into a ceiling box if desired.
Overall a modern, stylish hanging light that you can use outdoors or indoors. Quick assembly. Easy installation.

Allen + Roth Matte Black and Tan Wicker light. This is an indoor/outdoor rated lamp. It has a bubble glass dome that covers the bulb and a rubber covered switch to use it outdoors. The wicker is a plastic material and seems to be pretty durable. The cord has an outlet plug at the end, so wiring required. just plug it in and go. I used this in a 3 season room that gets somewhat damp, especially in the winter months. Definitely very well made and stylish too! I would recommend this to anyone that is needing a light in an outdoor gazebo or porch area and don’t want to have to wire in a light fixture.

Exceptional quality and good looking light fixture. The materials seem to be made with quality materials and it offers two installation options. You can use the standard electrical plug to plug in to an electrical outlet or cut the plug and wire to your desired length and use the ceiling flush mount. The seeded glass light bulb cover adds a layer of sophistication and uniqueness to this light. I love the gray light color with matte black mounting hardware and wire color combo. Great light for any room in the house. Note that it does not come with a light bulb. You can use any standard household light bulb.

This light is beautiful! I decided to use the plug in option and hung it on a c shaped stand. It was very easy to attach the support top to the shade. It was 3 simple screws. The color is modern and fits well with any decor. I’m happy with the product.

We originally bought this light to hang on a covered porch, but once we opened it, we liked it so much that we decided to put it in a bedroom that has a dark area near the closets. Very easy to install, and all the hardware is included. In our case, we used the included pre-wired cord that plugs right in to wall outlet. The glass bulb cover is very heavy-duty and nice quality. The shade itself almost feels like a PVC like material so I imagine it would be very easy to wipe clean outdoors, and obviously very easy to keep clean inside. It gives off really good light and because it’s easy to install, we could easily move it around or place it outside if we wanted to. Definitely recommend.

So many great attributes to this beautiful and sassy fixture. Easy to install if you want to just hang in plug in…. Super easy… took me 5 minutes and I was done! It is gorgeous to look at whether the light is on or off. It has a conversation option to hardwire but that would negate the plug in option… and that’s what I wanted it for. But it’s good to have options! It is very sturdy and will last a long time and goes with all kinds of house vibes… from chic to farm to coastal….to cat lady … whatever you decide! Go ahead and buy it , you won’t be disappointed!

Gotta love it. Indoor or outdoor, hardwire or plug in, and quick & easy assembly. The ‘wicker’ is gray plastic over a black painted metal frame, should last for years under a porch. It comes with an outdoor type cord with a plug on the end – great to plug in. Or you can cut it off and wire it into a ceiling box. Assembly was a breeze – three knobs attach the shade to the lamp base, put in your bulb (not included) and then twist the glass globe on (1/4 turn). Comes with a ceiling hook and other hardware to help with hanging. Can’t wait for the weather to get better so I can put it outside.

Installed this hanging lamp indoors fairly easily. Mark the ceiling where you want the hooks installed to make it easier once you are up the ladder. You will need a 5/8″ drill bit and a drill, but no other tools are needed. I had to replace the swag hooks with ones that had a longer bolt so the toggle would engage, but they were inexpensive. Make sure the toggle will still open and close before you put it through the hole so it will open and secure the swag hook. Once I had those in, the rest of the install just took minutes. It’s easy to adjust the height by moving the cord through the clips. The cord is black and heavy so this may be an item better installed outdoors and I may move it to a patio in the future. I put a room divider screen between the lamp and the cord, so only the cord across the ceiling is visible. I may cover that to see if it looks better. The wicker shade balances easily on the fixture and that is where the switch is.

The Allen& Roth pendant light is very easy to install giving you two options. Hardwire or plug in.
The pendant was securely packaged and all hardware was included. Instructions are clear and concise with pictures. The pendant light is a welcoming addition to my outdoor space. A maximum of 60 watt bulb is required and sold separately. The glass bulb cover securely tightens over the enclosure. Very easy! My choice was plug in. Very appealing pendant with a seeded glass fixture covering the bulb. The pendant light brightens my space and creates a relaxing and comfortable experience.

This comes in well packaged box. As there are 2 options, you will have to cut the cord if you are going with the hardwired option. The cord is very long so even if you are going with plug-in option, you should be fine. I only kept a foot of the cord and cut the rest out.
Installation is very easy. Overall, the light looks really good. I didnt use the dome as the dome isn’t big enough to fit the bulb I have. But overall 5/5

This hanging pendant light was super easy to install. It has the unique option to be hardwired or to just simply plug it into an electric outlet. I chose not to hardwire it so that I could move it to other areas on my back porches if desired. My only dislike was the location of the on/off switch. I think it would have been better to have a pull chain switch that would allow operation the of the switch even if hung higher. It worked perfectly over my porch swing. I installed a 60 watt led bulb and put on the beautiful seeded glass cover and it provided plenty of light. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this light fixture.

This is a nice light. The color goes great with my decor outside. It is sort of wicker like which is what most outdoor furniture is so it will fit right in. It was light weight and seemed easy to put together. You can either just plug it in or have it hard-wired. After putting it together, I think I want it to be hard-wired so I am waiting on my electrician to come hang it up. It was pretty simple for someone who is not handy to put together. I would recommend it to someone looking for nice, yet simple outside lighting.
