Approximately one week after i installed this light fixture mysteriously out of nowhere one of the glass balls shattered and a large section from the back of it smashed to the floor. It is still installed as the large chuck of glass that broke is almost hidden but it dangerous.

I can’t find light bulbs to fit. I’ve ordered 3 different types and it’s been very frustrating. Nothing fits into the tiny globes.
