I have ordered the raw iron color twice now (thought they mistakenly sent the wrong color pendant) and receive what looks to be brushed nickel. Online it looks like a dark brown metal color but is very silvery grey in person.

We bought two of the matte black pendant lights for above our kitchen island. We were searching for black matte pendants that were large enough for our island and had matte black inner lining. We also added the installation from a Lowe’s contractor and he was able to install both in less than 30 minutes. He brought his own equipment and ladder and made recommendations on height! We are very pleased!!

Ordered two of these online for delivery to the store and had them professionally installed. The price is reasonable, but the quality is not. The shades appear to be made of a metal and one had what I would assume is corrosion under the white finish. The second had some very minor damage (dent) to the bottom edge of the shade. Fortunately once hung both of these issues are nearly impossible to spot. As these lights hung as a place/space holder while the wife finds her perfect light, they will do. We do like the look and they are the perfect size for our space.

Such a high end look for an unbeatable price. I purchased and returned 3 other pendant lights before finding these, and they were all triple the price. I was worried about the “soft gold” coloring since I originally was going for brass, but it’s beautiful in person and works well with the other metals in my kitchen. The gold on the inside of the pendant gives a warm glow in the evenings. Also, the cone shape is the perfect size – it makes a statement but they aren’t overly large. Truly we couldn’t love them more!

Thought I’d add a picture to help out others! I touch a gamble ordering these given the pictures online are terrible. They are a great price and achieved the look i wanted. They do scratch really easily, while assembling the wires would touch the shade and scratch it. They were also pretty difficult to put together, even for an expert like my dad. The instructions were also terrible, so have someone who knows what to do. Overall worth it for the price point! The inside is brass.
