If I could have rated this lower I would have. Due to the design of shade I had to finally hire someone to install. Metal ring and heavy glass shade has to mount via hooks on metal ring that attach to arms of fixture. These arms are articulated and move around so when you get one on and try to attach next the first comes off, all the while having to also deal with getting a heavy glass shade onto the ring. Handyman thought I would be able to change bulbs by reaching in over shade, but had to loosen one side of shade. I caught it as it was about to fall to floor. Do not buy this item unless you have more than 2 arms and hands, because you need about 4 to deal with it. Uninstalled and returned to store.

This item was purchased for it’s looks, price and it’s 3 bulb feature. It’s a beautiful, expensive looking
fixture and I am very happy with the finished look. The installation was tricky and the job took longer
than it needed to due to poor instructions.

The instructions are nearly impossible as is actually affixing the mount to the ceiling. I’m going on hour 3 of assembly with the help of two people and I’m not making any progress. Not worth it – don’t buy.

The light is very nice in appearance, however the design for attaching the globe to the frame is poor. You simply cannot do it without two people. The arms do not remain still, making it impossible to stabilize one attachment while working on the other two.

this ceiling light arrived is a crushed box that had obviously been used before; the styrofoam was packing- taped together & there was a handwritten sticky note inside that noted the glass had been shattered, presumable this was written by a previous customer. While the glass was intact, the light fixture was missing an integral bracket piece making it impossible to hang (it needed 3, only had 2). After reordering, the new light arrived in another marginal box, but all the pieces were intact. It is of low to medium quality, making it too expensive for the quality, but it does look nice. Just hoping there are no future problems.

The bright spot was the excellent service the local (Kalispell, MT) staff provided; Christy & Roxanne were fantastic & spent much time with the British Columbia company that provided the light, getting them to put in a rush order. They were helpful & solved the matter as quickly as they could considering they were dealing with a another company (not ) that manufactures & ships this particular product. They also saved me the hassle of trying to re-package the light into the broken box & lugging it to the post office, etc.

This is just amazing and we are so happy we found this. So much better than a flush ceiling light, but not a low hanging lamp, it is just the perfect distance from the ceiling for so many rooms, this one is in our study. The dark brown is very attractive, the soft swirl glass is lovely. We have two “100w” 3000K LED’s in it for plenty of light, it does have three light sockets. Comes in other metal colors also.
