The 52″ fan moves a lot of air. It has a modern style that fits easily into many rooms. It is wired for a lighting kit to be added if desired. Very easy to install.

The fan is very simple to assemble and almost as easy to install on the ceiling. It looks very sleek and classic with not to many embellishments and would fit with most styles.

This is a really nice, well-made fan, the first thing I noticed are the fan blades are thicker than your normal fan blade just by a little bit but it’s enough to really feel the difference they don’t bend or flex not sure what they’re made out of, but almost feels like real wood although I know it’s not cuz they’re too light, but it’s a good sturdy material. The brushed nickel finish is super nice. Everything you need for the installation was there and installation was flawless and easy the directions were simple and easy to follow and I found the installation to take somewhere in the range of 30 to 45 minutes. For the installation all I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver and a pair of wire strippers. I’ve seen and installed a lot of ceiling fans this one is much lighter than the other ones and I don’t mean that in a bad way, but some of them have a super heavy motor this one did not, it was quiet and moved a lot of air. So if you’re looking for a ceiling fan that’s lightweight yet effective at moving air then this is it. I would definitely recommend this ceiling fan. I think you’ll find it to be a good fit for any decor.

It looks more chic than my old fan, works better and doesn’t make any noise, even at the fastest setting….

The fan was at a good price. The installation was straight forward. The operation of the fan is quiet. When you are putting the screws on the fan cover that goes up against the electric box, be careful not to accidentally drop a screw into he fan motor housing! It might be a good idea to cover the slots temporarily with tape, just in case

The AirPro Builder Fan 52-in Matte Black Indoor Ceiling Fan (5-Blade) is a great ceiling fan. The blades create a strong draft that feels good and cools the area well.
Pros:
easy to install. – it is lightweight and the instructions explain things well.
You can add a universal light kit.
Cons:
Although the blades seem sturdy, they feel like they are very flimsy and not long lasting.
Overall it’s a good fan.

I love this fan it’s beautiful and whisper quiet. The directions were straightforward and the guide for the sloped ceiling was very helpful. The fan looks classy and works great.

This fan replaced a 35 year old fan that was tired. Installation was more of a pain than it needed to be. The instruction manual is fairly detailed initially, but skips critical steps. Namely, it makes no mention of the rubber inserts around the motor housing that are marked with a paper insert “remove before use”. They are installed via screws, so it’s easy to miss. Threading the hanging pin is complicated by the wiring harness that you need to worm out of the way and hope you don’t pinch anything. The canopy does not provide much room for the wiring harness and wire nuts, and trying to manipulate it as directed in the manual to keep the live and neutral wires on opposite sides of the outlet was difficult at best. One of the finishing screws near the top slipped from my grip and fell perfectly in a hole on top of the motor housing. Since the fan was already wired up I have no way to retrieve the screw. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem to be causing any rattling although I wish it hadn’t fallen inside in the first place.
That being said, the fan itself does have a nice aesthetic. We installed it without a light kit so aside from the aforementioned grievances, the installation was straightforward. I like that the fan blades are reversible between a flat black and a gray woodgrain finish. The fan has a limited 30 year warranty, which is fantastic and hopefully it lasts as long as its predecessor. While running the fan is plenty quiet and capable of pushing lots of air. We installed it in the master bedroom and it is more than sufficient to keep that room nice and cool.

First off with and ceiling fan install, buy long screws. This will come in handy if you are installing this in old work or a house with more than one owner. From opening the box to flipping the switch is about 1 – 1 1/2 hrs. Placing the mount was easy but wish it had a hook or place to hold the fan body when wiring for flush mount. When putting the fan blades together I notices that rubber bushings were not used on the blade side as vibration isolators. Everything went together very easy and the screw keepers in the fan arms worked great. Use a long screw driver to install the fan blades to the motor, if you use a combo/flipable one it might scratch The housing. The amount of wire you get with the fan motor is great. If I wanted I could add a box in the attic in the rafters with out a problem. Don’t install this in a shallow box or one that doesn’t have some depth to it. You need the room to tuck the wires in, and if you flush mount it you better be ready to one hand everything. The look, form and function is great, very few gripes with the overall process. The quality is in the fan motor/body, other places you can tell they just made due. I am happy with this fan and look forward to many years of use.

Super easy to install..took about 30 minutes and would have been quicker if I didn’t forget the canopy, doh!
Fan moves alot of air and is very quiet in operation. Worked on my slider low-med-high switch.
Blade color is really cool, it’s an odd grey taupe kind of color. Reverse is your standard driftwood grey (although on a slightly darker side).
I like that this doesn’t come with a lighting kit but has the option for those who may want.
When installing the canopy I needed to add a little upward pressure as I was tightening screws to ensure a flush fit to ceiling.
